ERP integration with store and inventory in Colombia

ERP integration for ecommerce in Colombia: we join Delfín, World Office or another desktop program to the online store and the inventory, when that program lets the data out. Syncing inventory stops being a sheet someone updates at night.

The store sells what the warehouse does not have

Joining the online store to inventory fails when the ERP and the website do not share the same number. The customer pays for a product the shelf no longer has, or the warehouse holds goods the store still shows. In Colombia that shows up with Delfín, World Office and other desktop ERPs: the shop program is the accounting truth, and the store is another truth until someone exports a file.

Not every ERP offers a public API. Some allow a database query, others only a file at a fixed hour. Promising a one-click integration without seeing that path is a false scope. ERP and ecommerce integration in Colombia starts by asking how the product, the price and the stock leave, and what delay is acceptable.

A bridge, not a new ERP

We do not replace Delfín or World Office if they already serve you for invoicing. We build the bridge: the store reads stock and price, and the order or the issue goes back to the ERP. If there is an API, we use it. If there is a database or an exchange file, the scope names that file, the hour and who generates it. Syncing inventory means a web sale deducts stock, and a warehouse adjustment shows in the store, inside the rule we write.

We do not publish a case named Delfín or World Office: there is none authorized to cite. The case that is published is the platform of La Bodega de Nacho, MaxiOferta and MyTienda, where several brands share a system and each one has its own stock. It is proof of inventory joined to the operation, not a screenshot of a third-party ERP. The first version of one flow, for example publishing stock to the store, starts at €500 and is credited if you continue. An application with users and rules starts at €4,500.

What you get

  • A data map: product, price, stock and order, and which system leads each one.
  • A connector to Delfín, World Office or another ERP, through an API, a database or a file.
  • A sync rule: when it updates and what happens if the file does not arrive.
  • Code in your name and thirty days to correct the delivery.

The test uses your products. If the ERP will not let a field be read, that field does not slip into the milestone: it is noted and quoted apart, or left out.

Reference price

The first version of a flow between ERP and store starts at €500. If the work already includes users, several brands or operation screens, the web application reference starts at €4,500. Monthly support: €150, with no lock-in. Amounts in EUR. Payment by milestones, near 40, 30 and 30 percent, through PayPal, Wise, Mercado Pago, bank transfer or USDT.

Published case: inventory for several brands

La Bodega de Nacho, MaxiOferta and MyTienda share a platform and keep their data apart. We do not say that case uses Delfín or World Office. We say inventory and the operation can live together without copying quantities by hand. We do not publish units sold. If your ERP is a desktop program, the bridge is designed on the path that program opens.

Questions about ERP integration

Do you integrate Delfín software?

Yes, if Delfín lets products, prices or stock out through an API, the database or a file. We do not sell Delfín and we do not claim an official connector. The scope describes the path your license allows and it is tested with your data.

Do you integrate World Office?

Same as with Delfín: we connect World Office when there is a real way for the data to leave and come back. If the version you use only exports at a set hour, the sync keeps that delay, in writing, and not as invented real time.

Does this replace inventory software?

Not always. If the ERP is already the inventory, the work is the bridge to the store. If you still count on sheets, the inventory system in Medellín can be the destination and the ERP can wait. That is decided in the scope, so two truths are not left standing.

How do I ask for the ERP integration?

Through the form or krats.tech@gmail.com. If you prefer WhatsApp, say so in the message. Tell us the ERP, whether the store already exists and which figure must match first: stock, price or order.

I want to sync the store and the inventory

Tell us which ERP you use and whether the store already sells. We see if the first step is a €500 first version. Write through the form; if WhatsApp is better, say so in the message.
