These terms describe how Krats.tech delivers custom software development. A concrete project is closed in writing (scope, EUR price, milestones).
Delivery and payment
Deliveries are accepted by milestone. An unpaid milestone does not oblige the next. Methods: bank, PayPal, Wise, Mercado Pago or USDT, as agreed.
Ownership and warranties
When agreed payments complete, code and product are in the client's name. Defects in the deliverable are fixed for 30 days at no cost. The MVP is credited if you continue to the full system.
The €150/month plan is optional and cancelled whenever you want. This copy does not replace a signed contract on larger projects.
