The process lives in the team's memory
Automating a business process is not putting a robot in front of the screen. In an SME in Medellín the process is concrete: an order arrives, stock must be held, the warehouse must be told and the job closes when it leaves. If that happens on WhatsApp, a step is forgotten when the day is full. Process automation leaves the sequence in the system, with a state anyone on the team can see.
A generic flow brings steps you do not use and misses the exception you do use: an order without stock, a pending payment, a branch that does not deliver. Forcing the company into a template repeats the problem. Process automation in Colombia has to name the trigger, the rule and who may skip it.
A visible rule, not a black box
We pick one process and leave it on screens: create, check, notify, close. If the data is already in your inventory or your ERP, the rule reads it; we do not ask for it again. The team sees why an order stopped. We do not hide the decision in a script only the author understands.
The first version, €500, automates one step that can already be used, and it is credited if you continue. When there are users, several rules and data that change every day, the web application reference starts at €4,500. The system is in your name when you pay, with thirty days of corrections. Support is €150 a month, with no lock-in. We do not publish hours saved: if they are not measured in your operation, we do not invent them.
What you get
- The process in writing: trigger, steps and exceptions.
- Screens or tasks that run that sequence.
- A notice to the role that must act, inside the system.
- Code in your name and thirty days of corrections.
The test walks a real case: an order with stock and one without, or the equivalent in your business. A step that is not in the writing is not automated in silence.
Reference price
First version of one process: €500, credited if you continue. Web application with several rules and users: from €4,500. Monthly support: €150, with no lock-in. Amounts in EUR. Payment by milestones, near 40, 30 and 30 percent.
Case: states outside the chat
Krats Tracking is a system of the studio itself, to follow the state of an operation without leaving it in a message thread. We do not publish hours saved. It serves as an example of automating a process: the state changes in the system and the team sees it. If your case in Medellín is an order or a warehouse, the same pattern is adjusted to your steps.
If the step that repeats lives in an ERP, continue with ERP integration.
Questions about process automation
Do you automate any company process?
We automate the one that can be written: order, inventory, notice, close. We do not promise to replace a person's judgment on an exception the scope did not name. That exception stays manual or is quoted.
Do I have to throw away the program I already have?
No, if that program lets the data be read. Automation can sit on top of the inventory or the ERP. If there is no way for the data to leave, that opening comes first, and it is another milestone.
Does process automation work outside Medellín?
The studio is in Medellín. We take companies in Colombia and remote projects in Latin America and Europe. The rule is written the same way: a trigger, some steps and a person responsible.
How do I start?
Through the form or krats.tech@gmail.com. If you prefer WhatsApp, say so in the message. Tell us the step that is forgotten today and who does it.
I want one step out of the chat
Describe the process that repeats and where it sticks. We tell you whether it fits a €500 first version. The form is on this site; WhatsApp if you say so in the message.
