The operation does not fit in the chat
A restaurant, a supermarket or a delivery company in Medellín receives the order on WhatsApp and spreads it across the team’s memory. Nobody sees the same state. The customer asks whether it has left, and the answer depends on who reads the message. At the end of the day there is no reliable count. A pretty page does not fix that. You need a web application where the order exists once and changes state with a click, not with another message.
When there is more than one site, the problem grows. A different price on each sheet, a user who sees another branch’s data, a close that does not match the till. Spreadsheets break as soon as two people edit at once. In Medellín that happens in small chains and in neighborhood shops that opened a second point. The application has to know who signs in, which site they see and what they are allowed to change.
An ASP.NET Core panel with one truth
The application is programmed in ASP.NET Core. There are users, roles and the screens of the flow: create, assign, close. SQL Server or PostgreSQL store the record. If there are several brands or sites, the model can be multi-tenant, like the supermarket platform: each one sees its own data and the code is one. We do not start with twenty modules. The first cut is the flow that hurts, and it can be tried with a €500 MVP that is credited if the project continues.
The reference for a custom web application starts at €4,500, because there are already rules, data and access, not only a page. The scope is written first. You test with real orders or products. The code is in your name when you pay. If the field team needs the same state in a pocket, the next milestone can be an Android app with .NET MAUI, against this same backend, without a second database. Support, if you want it, is €150 a month with no lock-in.

Reference price
Web application from €4,500. The MVP of a single flow, €500, is credited if you continue toward that panel. A €1,500 landing or a €2,500 site does not replace the application: they are something else. Monthly support is €150. All in EUR, with the breakdown on the pricing page. Milestone payments, about 40, 30 and 30 percent, via PayPal, Wise, Mercado Pago, bank transfer or USDT.
Case: Krats Tracking
Krats Tracking is a system of the studio itself, not of an outside client. It is built in ASP.NET Core to follow states of an operation without leaving them in chat. We do not publish active users or hours saved: that metric is still to be confirmed. It stands as an example of our own web application, the same kind of panel we build for an SME in Medellín.
Questions about web applications
How is this different from a web page?
The page informs and receives contact. The application operates: users, states, data that change every day. That is why the reference starts at €4,500. Many projects in Medellín start with the page and move to the panel when chat is no longer enough.
Can there be several sites or brands?
Yes. A multi-tenant model separates the data and shares the code, as in the platform for La Bodega de Nacho, MaxiOferta and MyTienda. The scope says who sees each site.
Which database do you use?
SQL Server or PostgreSQL, depending on the hosting and what you already have. The ASP.NET Core application is not tied to a spreadsheet. Backup is part of go-live if the scope includes it.
