People search the neighborhood and have nowhere to land
Someone in Medellín looks up the service on a phone: a physiotherapist, a hardware store, a workshop. If only a WhatsApp card exists, there is no page that explains hours, area or what the work includes. The link that gets forwarded disappears in the chat. Whoever compares two options stays with the one that has a readable site, even if the other craft is better. That gap shows up in El Poblado, in Belén and in any neighborhood where the search starts on the map.
A cheap template looks like ten neighboring businesses and is often slow on the phone, which is where the visit arrives. It also fails if the text does not say the city, the service and how to write. A web page in Medellín has to load, say what you do on the first screen and leave a form that reaches your email. The rest — photos, languages, a blog — comes later, if the business needs it.
An ASP.NET Core site, readable, with contact
We build the page in ASP.NET Core MVC. The HTML is semantic, there is one main heading and the page description is written for search, not left empty. The site reads well on a phone. The contact form sends the message to your email, without forcing the visitor to guess a number. We do not mix the public page with an inventory panel if you do not need it yet. First the presence: who you are, what you offer, where you are in Medellín and how people write to you. The code is in your name when payments are complete. Domain and hosting should be in your name from the start. If the site later has to take orders, that step is a web application and is quoted separately, on the same .NET base, without throwing away what is published.

We do not publish visits, appointments or patient reviews: that metric is still to be confirmed and an opinion is not invented. What is visible is the site, with the practice’s name.

Does the page sell online?
The page presents the business and receives contact. If you need a cart, inventory or users, that is a web application and another scope, from €4,500. You can start with the site and add the panel later.
Will we rank on Google just by having the site?
We do not promise a position. We do leave a title, a description, one H1, internal links and a site that loads. The copy has to name the service and the city in real words, as this Medellín page does.
Can the copy be in several languages?
Yes. The €2,500 corporate site can include language variants if the scope says so. Each text is written in its language, not Spanish pasted into the others.
