The shelf, the till and the chat do not count the same
In a supermarket the shortage shows up when the customer is already at the till. The warehouse notes one quantity, the counter another, and the WhatsApp group subtracts nothing. With two or three brands the problem doubles: each wants its price and its stock, but maintenance cannot be three systems that do not talk.
A generic shop program brings modules nobody uses and misses the real movement: transfer from warehouse to shelf, price per brand, or a cashier who must not change cost. Forcing the supermarket into that template costs more than writing the rule. The software has to look like how you receive, count and sell.
One platform, several brands
La Bodega de Nacho, MaxiOferta and MyTienda share a multi-tenant platform in ASP.NET Core and SQL Server. Each brand operates apart: its products, its prices and its users. The code is one, so maintenance is not tripled. The public storefront of La Bodega de Nacho is labodegadenacho.com.co. We do not publish units sold or a before-and-after shrinkage figure, because that number is not measured.
The first cut can be a €500 MVP: look up stock and record a movement. It is credited if the system grows. When there are several users, sites or brands, the web application reference starts at €4,500. The source code is assigned to the client when payments are complete, with thirty days to fix defects in the deliverable. Support, if you ask later, is €150 a month with no lock-in.
What is delivered
- Separate brands on the same platform, with data that does not mix.
- Products, prices and stock in ASP.NET Core.
- Till or warehouse users, with the permission the scope writes.
- The source code in your name when payments are complete.
The trial uses products from the shop, not a toy catalog. The scope says whether stock belongs to one brand or moves between points. A report that is not written does not enter the first delivery.
Reference price
The MVP of the main flow starts at €500 and is credited if you continue. A web application with several users and brands starts at €4,500. Monthly support is €150, with no lock-in. Amounts in EUR. Payment can come from Colombia via Mercado Pago, bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or USDT, in milestones near 40, 30 and 30 percent.
Case: La Bodega de Nacho, MaxiOferta and MyTienda
The three brands run on the same .NET base, each with its own operation. The case shows that supermarket software in Colombia can live in one system without inventing a sales metric. The usage figure is still unconfirmed and we do not publish it.

Questions about supermarket software
Does it work if I have more than one brand?
Yes. The multi-tenant layout separates data and shares code, as with La Bodega de Nacho, MaxiOferta and MyTienda. The scope says what each brand can see.
Will you publish how much the case sells?
No. There are no measured units sold or shrinkage to publish. The case shows the platform, not an invented percentage.
Does this replace the public page?
No. A landing is €1,500 and a site is €2,500. The operating software, with stock and users, is another piece and starts at €4,500 when it is already an application.
How do I start?
Through the form or krats.tech@gmail.com. If you prefer WhatsApp, say so in the message. Tell us how many brands there are and whether the till is one PC or several people already sign in.
I want the supermarket software
Tell us how the warehouse, the shelf and the till move today. We see whether the first step is a €500 MVP or a multi-brand platform. Write through the form; if WhatsApp is better, say so in the message.
